Dear Valued Traveler,

UPDATE:  Although our California business offices remained temporarily closed, we do have our entire staff working from home and taking your important phone calls & emails (Daily, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm) to support your account questions and where applicable, your future travel program needs.

We thank you for your understanding and patience as we work through this very challenging time.
Disappointingly but understandably, all travel programs for May and June have been canceled by our respective vendors (Disneyland, Universal Studios, Six Flags, and associated destination hotels & restaurants).

As your travel provider, we are continuing to navigate the myriad of challenges to provide you with the most timely cancellation and refund information.  For now, we continue working with our travel partners to ensure we maximize and expedite your refund.

From your end, there is nothing further for you to do on your part, to either officially cancel your trip or request a refund, as your trip has been cancelled automatically.  Once we receive the appropriate monies back for all component costs paid out to our suppliers, we will notify you of the applicable refund.  For the majority of you who purchased our Trip Refund Program (TRP), that TRP fund is committed to returning all monies paid, minus the $30 TRP fee.  For those that did not purchase the TRP, we have work hard to modify our/supplier policies to be able to return all monies paid, minus the same $30 fee (that fee contributes towards our internal/external non-recoverable costs).   Based on our suppliers, our company and the TRP terms, please allow 6-8 weeks from your date of cancel for the entire refund process to be completed.

On behalf of our Company, we thank you for your patience and understanding of these extreme situations beyond anyone’s control.  We wish you all the very best as we look to better days ahead.

WorldStrides recognizes that we each play a role in keeping our community healthy and safe. Towards that end, our employees are focused on and we encourage our travelers to continue efforts to do our part to help reduce the spread of all respiratory illnesses including COVID-19 and always follow these important tips:

    • Stay at home to avoid spreading or catching the virus.
    • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
    • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
    • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
    • Cover your cough or sneeze into a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
    • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
    • Individuals with chronic health issues and/or individuals experiencing severe symptoms should be evaluated by a medical professional.

This current situation is unprecedented for everyone and we all continue to adjust to circumstances that seem to change daily.  The good news is this situation will pass and things will eventually get back to normal. We are looking forward to that occurring soon.  Until then, we thank you for your patience and understanding.  If you have any questions about WorldStrides or this situation as it impacts your group travel, please do not hesitate to call us at (916) 939-6805.

All the very best,
